The Patriots are set to get the guy they’ve had their eyes on, Chris Hogan is expected to be picked up by the New England Patriots with the Bills most likely not matching the Patriots offer as the Patriots stacked the contract with guaranteed money… This is a classic Belichick move. Getting a nitty/gritty guy that has a chip on his shoulder, good locker room guy. I love the move. This will also keep Amendola on his toes too…
Look I know it’s not the biggest name in the off season market, but this is the guy they wanted and that is good enough for me. Reading up on Hogan, he is being compared to a Jordy Nelson type player and I will take that.
- He’s 6’1″
- 27 years young
- 220 lbs
- 6.75 3-cone drill (Edelman ran a 6.62) (Amendola was 6.81)
- Ran a 4.5 sec – 40
“A frequent focus on HBO’s ‘Hard Knocks’ coverage of Dolphins camp in 2012, Hogan earned the nickname ‘7-11’ because in the eyes of RB Reggie Bush, Hogan was always open.”
He has been described as a “gym rat” which is fantastic news for Gronk…
Chris Hogan benched 28 reps at 225 pounds at his pro day in 2011. Most I recall ever seeing by a WR.

Bills fans are not happy he is gone, but they are laughing at the money he got, which is code for being jealous little girls…
That is enough to get me excited. Will probably be a stud in January. Welcome aboard 7-11!
And now a live look-in at Rex Ryan…
