NEP247 – Tom Brady is arguably the greatest athlete in Boston sports history, after 17 seasons where he brought 5 Super Bowl titles, the citizens of Boston want to pay some respect back to Tom. His 40th birthday is coming up, and according to Olivia Vanni of the Boston Herald, the city has a big celebration planned.
“In two short weeks, quarterback legend Tom Brady is turning a sporty 40. And Boston is getting ready to bid him a happy birthday with a bash at Faneuil Hall Marketplace.
On Aug. 3 — the day of our GOAT and savior — TB12 fans are asked to gather at Faneuil at 1 p.m. to sing “Happy Birthday.” Afterwards, everyone can crush some cake, courtesy of North End Bakery in Quincy Market — the irony being that Brady would personally pass on the sweets, given his strict diet of champions. Unless, that is, the cake is dairy free, whole grain and made entirely out of avocados.”
This is so crazy I love it. Does Boston know how to honor their athletes or what? Tom Brady is 40 years old, as healthy as ever, and he’s showing zero signs of letting up. This whole supreme greens thing will catch on eventually, for now I’ll stick to my heavy diet of dead cow, fried foods, and ice cream minus the avocado.
Any time I can get together with a group of people that love Tom Brady, count me in.
