Advantage Celtics! According to report, Kyrie Irving has asked the Cleveland Cavaliers to be traded, simply because he does not enjoy playing alongside LeBron James.
Irving has expressed that he wants to play in a situation where he can be more of a focal point and that he no longer wants to play alongside James.

The San Antonio Spurs are his preferred destination but also listed the Knicks, Heat and Timberwolves.
Props to Kyrie, playing aside LeBron James has to be brutal. Don’t get me wrong, LeBron is a great player, but I’m sure he’s a bit much to play with. Constantly dictating what players he plays with and what coaching personnel exists in the organization has to be just the worst form of torture for a rising star like Irving. Irving has earned the opportunity to lead his own team.
There’s no bigger “me” guy in the league than LeBron, Kyrie is a leader and he just simply can’t stand him, I don’t blame him for asking to be traded. I would love to see the look on LeBron’s face when finding this news out. If Irving leaves the Cavs, the Celtics become the clear cut team to beat in the east. I don’t care what anyone says, it seemed like every big shot in the playoffs was taken by Irving. He carried that team to the finals. Kyrie sees the big picture, he knows LeBron is leaving, why stay, go out and get your own team.
