What can’t Tom Brady do? Just one day after the official release of his book “The TB12 Method”, Tom Brady already has a #1 best seller. (Click here to order)
Tom’s new book lays out the foundation that has allowed him to achieve peak performance. It details his diet, workout regiments and a step by step process of his personal practice. For $19.99, it seems like a total bargain for what you get inside.I’m hesitant on reading this book because it’s going to basically tell me that I’m eating like a human trash can and I’m just not ready to accept that. I don’t eat fish and I need red meat in my life. Tom is going to want to change both of those things and I’m not ready to take that step yet. Tom also says he drinks more than 50% of his body weight in ounces of water. Meaning, me weighing 220lbs, would have to drink over 110 ounces of water in a day, there’s ZERO chance I have been doing that to date. I’m just not ready to be in the bathroom 17 times a day.
Tom may live until he’s 120, I’ll be ok tapping out at 80. One site detailed that Tom’s diet will cost you roughly $16,000 a year per person. That’s $43 per day per person, and you have to prepare that food at home. I’m just not ready for that sort of commitment or interested in robbing any banks any time soon.
