Just when you think collectors couldn’t get any more weird after someone bought chewed up bubble gum of Louis Gonzales, it takes another bizarre twist.
The playoff beard that David Ortiz sported in 2013 during the Red Sox championship run is up for bid again after previously being sold for over $10,000.

What a time to be alive. You can literally buy the hair off your favorite athlete and display it in a beautiful beard ball. If buying hair off your favorite athlete is wrong, then I don’t want to be right. I didn’t know how much I needed David Ortiz’s playoff beard until I knew I could have it. I’d love to see what some hair of Brady would fetch.
