President Donald Trump fired up the twitter machine this morning and sounded off on Jemele Hill and ESPN.
Hill, the ESPN SportsCenter anchor who was condemned by the White House for calling Trump a white supremacist, was suspended by ESPN this week for suggesting that fans could affect Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ stance on national anthem protests by boycotting Jones’ advertisers.
Trump jumped back into the subject this morning by attacking Hill and ESPN on Twitter.
With Jemele Hill at the mike, it is no wonder ESPN ratings have "tanked," in fact, tanked so badly it is the talk of the industry!

“With Jemele Hill at the mike, it is no wonder ESPN ratings have ‘tanked,’ in fact, tanked so badly it is the talk of the industry!” Trump wrote.
There’s no doubt ESPN’s ratings have tanked in the past couple of years, because of that, the network was forced to lay off hundred and hundreds of on air personalities, as well as off air staff.
It’s certainly not all attributed to the networks coverage itself, but it isn’t helping. Many people simply have stopped watching ESPN because of their unbiased coverage and political shift. People are also making changes in cable options with streaming services, so that too is attributing to the plummet as well.
