Well this is a total buzz kill, Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was just ruled out of tonight’s game vs the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
It was reported this morning that Gronk would play tonight but perhaps in a limited role, but that’s clearly not the case now:
Updated: Patriots’ TE Rob Gronkowski is not expected to play tonight vs Bucs, per source.

This was reported as a thigh injury earlier this week, not sure where this came from but it looks like it’s severe enough to hold him out which is not good for this Patriots offense that is currently on a roll. Look for Dwayne Allen to get some more playing time in Gronk’s absence. Allen hasn’t caught a single pass this season on 6 attempts, so this should be interesting. Lord save us Hogan, Cooks and Amendola!
