Philadelphia city officials have determined that the Eagles Super Bowl parade will be on Wednesday next week.

On one hand I understand Philadelphia city officials trying to get a head start on planning a hypothetical Championship parade due to the unthinkable amount of planning and preparation that must go into trying to contain the savages that are Eagle fans.
I’d imagine a Super Bowl parade in Philadelphia would involve Eagle fans punching police horses in the face, tar and feathering New England transplants living in their city, and a healthy dosage of Gronk spiking babies in the street.
With the amount of destruction the city would endure, it would probably take until the time Tom Brady retires (roughly ten or so years), to repair all of the damage the city would suffer.
So while I understand why the city of Philadelphia is planning ahead, you simply can’t give Bill Belichick bulletin board material to feed the New England Patriots.
Check out the speech Belichick gave to the team before Super Bowl 39 when the Eagles did the exact same thing by planning their Super Bowl parade before the game had been played-
I can imagine Bill giving the exact same speech this year, motivating an entirely new roster of players, while Tom just sits in the back row smirking.
