Ah, that’s cute. Poor Chris Ballard, he’s being such a wet blanket this morning. This is what happens when you have a football team that consists of a JV defense, Middle school O-line, and a QB that could have more work done on him than the board game “Operation” – you won’t get good coaches. They won’t touch that dumpster fire with a ten foot pole.
I love how Chris Ballard say’s “Rivalry back on” acting like there has been a real rivalry. Ballard probably hasn’t been this mad since he last found Irsay passed out in his office off the Jack. Realistically, there hasn’t been a “rivalry” with Indy since Peyton’s heyday. Indy hasn’t beat New England since 2009, and have gone 0-7 since. And Brady owned Peyton until he went to Denver. There have been two different presidents, the IPhone was recently just born, and New England has been to 4 Super Bowl’s since.
Ballard needs to rummage through Irsay’s pill cabinet and come back down to Earth. Not to mention this is the worst state the Colts have been in since the pre-Manning era. This little threats are nothing short of hysterical because Indy will roll out a 6-10 team at the absolute best when they come to Gillette next season.
