New York – The National Football League announced a change for prime time games coming this season that will be celebrated by Patriots fans, and other football fans across the east coast.
The league announced Wednesday plans to move the start times for prime time games on Monday, Thursday and Sunday nights.
Monday Night Football will move up from 8:30 p.m. ET to 8:15 p.m. ET and Thursday Night Football will move from an 8:25 p.m. start to 8:20 p.m. Sunday Night Football moves up from 8:30 p.m. to 8:20 p.m.
The league will announce the week-by-week schedule, including what games will be featured in prime time when it releases the season schedule Thursday night.
Wow big whoop, instead of games ending at 11:30, they’ll end at 11:20. I don’t mind the 8:30 start time but saying you’re making changes only to move it 10 minutes is like saying you’re going on a diet but stopping once you lose a pound. I lose more weight in my sleep when waking up in the morning, but at least I’ll have an extra 10 minutes to do so…
