JR Smith with the dumbest play in NBA Finals history. LeBron is going to trade him to Siberia pic.twitter.com/rEX7pqlerS

As you all have probably seen by now, JR Smith had one of the worst brain farts you will see in a sporting event. After grabbing a rebound on a missed free throw, he turned away from the basket and dribbled out the clock leading Cleveland to victory.
Or so he thought. The Cavs and Warriors were tied as he dribbled out the clock to end the 4th quarter. The Cavs had time to pass, shoot and win the game. JR thought the Cavs were winning. At the end of regulation LeBron went to the bench and was already really pissed off at the situation. That’s when this happened. As LeBron is clearly upset at what happened, he looks up at the video scoreboard and sees the Cavs had a timeout. He asks coach Tyronn Lue if that was correct. Lue verifies that’s correct. LeBron can’t believe it and it’s the saddest thing ever:
First, JR Smith doesn't know the score. Then, watch at the 1:38 mark when LeBron James realizes Ty Lue also could've called a timeout (but didn't).
You almost have to feel bad for the guy with that level of ineptitude around him in a finals game. Almost. pic.twitter.com/ZclC1JtRq2

I think LeBron has to take some of the blame for that too, he’s a field general and field generals know what’s going on too. This is just as much on him as Lue in my opinion. How do you not know this as your team is getting ready to take their free throws. And how do you not know the score?
