I’ll listen to anybody tell me how good my team looks after one week of football. It’s like music to my ears. Deion Sanders coined a new nickname for the New England Patriots and I am digging it.
Here’s what Deion had to say about the Pats and his new name for the team:
"Tom Brady n 'em… I don't even call 'em the New England Patriots I call 'em 'Tom Brady n 'em'" -Deion Sanders 😂😂😂 pic.twitter.com/NLR4pjiKhB

Ignore the fact that he made a mistake calling Tom’s 1 INT a touchdown. Tom Brady n ’em, genius, why the heck didn’t I think of this. This is spot on, guys come and go on this team, we get bummed out when guys leave, but it always works out. Tom is the only constant and he always seems to get it done with whoever he has. Tom Brady and ’em is perfect. And “Superbowl-ish” made me nearly spit out my coffee and I wasn’t even drinking any.
And anytime someone has to shut Shannon Sharp up and tell him how good the Patriots are, I am all for it. I would have loved to have heard what Shannon had to follow up this up with. Brady and ’em looked great in week 1. The offense, which usually starts slow, looked to be on the same page for most of the game, and the defense looked great without Patricia calling the plays. This team usually takes a few weeks to really hit on all cylinders, but they looked in sync right out of the gate.
